إن وزير التربية والتعليم العالي،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (نظام الموظفين)،

بناء على المرسوم التنظيمي رقم 2894 تاريخ 16/12/1959 ولا سيما المادة 34 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يكلف السيد أحمد دياب، رئيس مصلحة المحاسبة والتدقيق، في المديرية العامة للتعليم المهني والتقني، رقمه المالي 9، القيام بمهام المدير العام بالإنابة، لحين تعيين مدير عام أصيل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
