ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9814 تاريخ 15/1/2008 القاضي بنشر لاحة المصارف للعام 2008،

وبناء على القرار الوحيد من محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي بنك »بنك البقاع ش.م.ل.« المنعقدة بتاريخ 24/4/2008 المتعلق بتعديل تسميته،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 12/4/ 2008 المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 21/5/2008،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم "بنك البقاع ش.م.ل." المدرج على لائحة المصارف تحت رقم 92 بحيث يصبح "بنك الامارات ولبنان ش.م.ل."

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
