إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 950 تاريخ 31/12/2004 (الترخيص بإصدار المطبوعة)،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد عبد المولى أحمد خالد والمسجل تحت رقم 1031 تاريخ 6/5/2008 (طلب إبدال اسم المطبوعة)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة «شيرين» الشهرية، غير السياسية، ليصبح {sinye magazine} ويتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافي نزيه مصطفى نقوزي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
