ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Societe Pour L’Exportation Des Produits Nestle S.A . بتاريخ 10/12/1956، تحت رقم 222 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/7/2008 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7625/2008، بأن، مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 29/5/2008، قرر منح تفويض إلى السيد Ludovic TOULEMONDE كمدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة، وهذا التفويض يلغي ويحل مكان التفويض المعطى إلى السيد Guenter Spiess بتاريخ 21/3/2005. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
