إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية رقم 266 تاريخ 31/5/2008،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكاليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية جديدة مرجعيون ـ قضاء مرجعيون ـ محافظ النبطية منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام مرجعيون القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية جديدة مرجعيون حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
