إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 512 تاريخ 22/8/2007 (الترخيص بإصدار مطبوعة «نقد»)،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة زينب مصطفى عساف والمسجل تحت رقم 187 تاريخ 23/1/2008 (طلب إبدال اسم المطبوعة وتحويل موعد صدورها)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة «نقد» الفصلية، غير السياسية، ليصبح «الغاوون» ويحول موعد صدورها إلى شهرية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
