إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 213 تاريخ 11/9/1997 المعدل بالقرار رقم 184 تاريخ 24/9/1998،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد محمد علي عقل والمسجل تحت رقم 1516 تاريخ 1/7/2008 (طلب إبدال اسم المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة «30 يوم» الأسبوعية، غير السياسية ليصبح «بلدنا».

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتحمل الصحافي محمود علي غزالي مسؤولية المطبوعة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
