المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة الخرافي ناشيونال ـ (شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة) المسجلة بتاريخ 4/1/2006، تحت رقم 2370 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/10/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11893/2008، بأنه جرى زيادة رأسمال الشركة من /1.000.000/ دينار كويتي إلى /10.000.000/ دينار كويتي، كما جرى الاتفاق على تحويل الكيان القانوني للشركة من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة كويتية مقفلة; وذلك كله بموجب عقد تعديل محرر في 16/3/2008 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
