ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Pierre Fabre Medicament المسجلة بتاريخ 16/1/2004، تحت رقم 2271 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/10/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12076/2008، بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة، المنعقد بتاريخ 11/9/2008، قرر تسمية السيد جورج شحادة فرح، ممثلا لمكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت، بدلا من السيد حبيب سعيد عبلا، وذلك ابتداء من 8/10/2008، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
