ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Cummins Middle East FZE المسجلة بتاريخ 11/7/2007، تحت رقم 2423 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/10/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12345/2008، بأنها عينت السيد بسام صبح داوود مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان، بدلا من السيد شربل موسى، مع منحه كافة الصلاحيات المشار إليها في سند التوكيل الخاص المحرر في 23/9/2008 والصالح لغاية 30/8/2009 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
