- في التعديل - ان شركة Cisco Systems management B.V المسجلة بتاريخ 19/10/2000 تحت رقم 2135 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/11/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13081/2008 بانه بتاريخ 16/10/2008 صدر عن مجلس ادارة الشركات قرارات تم بموجبها تعيين السيد فادي مبارك ممثلا قانونيا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان بدلا من السيد حسام كيال مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة كما صدر عن الشركة في نفس التاريخ سند توكيل رسمي يؤكد على تعيين السيد فادي مبارك ليمثل الشركة في لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
