إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1697/ب تاريخ 19/6/2008،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الشيخ طابا ـ قضاء عكار ـ محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى رئيس القسم الأصيل في قضاء عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الشيخ طابا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
