ان وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير المهندس السيد كمال جان اغوسطين المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المعمارية،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى تاريخ 12/3/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه اسم المهندس السيد كمال جان اوغسطين من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المعمارية ـ محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
