المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة UBS AG، المسجلة بتاريخ 6/1/2000، تحت رقم 3001 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/3/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2662/2009، بأن السيد Rolf Schilde، بصفته ممثلا لها ومديرا عاما لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، قد عين في وظيفة جديدة ضمن المصرف. وبسبب هذا التغيير فسخت الوكالة الممنوحة له في 24/3/2003، وفي ذات الوقت عينت الشركة السيد Reto Bartel ممثلا جديدا ومديرا عاما لمكتبها التمثيلي المذكور، فمنح وكالة مؤرخة في 22/1/2009 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
