ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Osterreichische Doka Schlungstechnik GmbH، المسجلة بتاريخ 5/10/2002، تحت رقم 2227 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/3/2009، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2678/2009، بأنها غيرت مكان عملها الرئيسي ليصبح: {A - 3300 Amstetten, Josef- Umdasch- Platz 1}، وعدلت اسمها ليصبح: {Doka GmbH}; كما اتخذ مجلس إدارة الشركة، في 27/1/2009، قرارا بإلغاء تعيين السيد Ernst Schrefl كمدير تنفيذي لفرعها في لبنان، وتعيين السيد جاك كرم مديرا تنفيذيا لهذا الفرع. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
