لذلك يطلب إلى جميع المشغلين المرخص لهم عدم تأجير أي من خدماتهم أو السماح بتركيب أجهزة اتصالات أو استعمال قسم من أجهزتهم أو شبكاتهم من قبل أي مشغل آخر دون التأكد من حصول هذا الأخير على ترخيص من الهيئة المنظمة للاتصالات تحت طائلة إلغاء الترخيص الممنوح لهذا المشغل. مع الإشارة إلى أن الهيئة سوف تقوم بإجراء كشف ميداني على جميع المواقع المستعملة من قبل المشغلين للتأكد من تطبيق هذا التعميم وسوف تتخذ كل الإجراءات القانونية والقضائية المناسبة استنادا إلى الصلاحيات التي أناطها بها قانون الاتصالات والمراسيم والأنظمة التطبيقية.
