ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008،

بناء على القانون رقم 25 تاريخ 8/10/2008 قانون الانتخابات النيابية لا سيما المادة 78 منه، وتعديله بالقانون رقم 59 تاريخ 27/12/2008،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1116 تاريخ 31/12/2008 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لدائرة بيروت الثانية (الباشورة-المدور-المرفأ) الى /145/ قلم اقتراع لانتخاب اربعة نواب، 1 سني، 1 شيعي، 2 ارمن أرثوذكس، وذلك على الوجه الآتي:
