ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008،

بناء على القانون رقم 25 تاريخ 8/10/2008 قانون الانتخابات النيابية لا سيما المادة 78 منه، وتعديله بالقانون رقم 59 تاريخ 27/12/2008،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1116 تاريخ 31/12/2008 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز أقلام الاقتراع لدائرة قضاء المتن إلى /285/ قلم الاقتراع، لانتخاب ثمانية نواب، 4 ماروني، 1 روم كاثوليك، 2 روم ارثوذكس، 1 أرمن ارثوذكس وذلك على الوجه الآتي:

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
