إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 254 تاريخ 4/11/1993 المعدل بالقرار رقم 85 تاريخ 7/3/2008،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد سمير مختار البساط والمسجل تحت رقم 811 تاريخ 25/3/2009 (طلب إبدال اسم المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة «عيون صيدا» الأسبوعية، غير السياسية، ليصبح «عيون لبنان».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
