إن وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4962 تاريخ 13/3/1982 (تحديد المخبرات المرخص لها القيام بإجراء البحوث والفحوص والتحاليل اللازمة)،

بناء على كتاب غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في طرابلس ولبنان الشمالي رقم 8707/2009 تاريخ 15/7/2009،

وبعد الاطلاع على رأي المدير العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

الاعتراف بمختبر المنتجات الغذائية في غرفة التجارة والصناعة والزراعة في طرابلس ولبنان الشمالي كمختبر معترف به رسميا في تحليل المنتجات الغذائية.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم.
