إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظة البقاع رقم 1281/ب تاريخ 5/5/2009،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على مطالعة هيئة التشريع والاستشارات في وزارة العدل رقم 522/2009 تاريخ 23/7/2009،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية القاع ـ قضاء بعلبك ـ محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام بعلبك القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية القاع حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
