إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 78156 تاريخ 30/4/2002 باسم «شركة كتب ش.م.م.» ممثلة بشخص السيد بدر نسيم الحاج الذي يوقع عنها منفردا.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة والمسجل تحت رقم 878 تاريخ 1/4/2009 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح «شركة كتب ش.م.م.» ترخيص بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «كتب» تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة غيدا حسين مرجي، اللبنانية الجنسية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
