ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 لا سيما المادة 27 منه,

وحيث ان مطبوعة "Bee Beirut eyes and ears" قد اصدرت اعدادا متتالية لها دون حصولها على ترخيص مسبق خلافا للقانون وقامت بتوزيعها على الجمهور,

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصادر ويمنع توزيع اعداد مطبوعة "Bee Beirut eyes and ears" غير المرخصة والصادرة عن شركة "Box Productions"

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
