ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/6/1959،

بناء على قانون المختارين الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من أهالي حي الريش الشرقي في مدينة بعلبك المسجل لدى المديرية الادارية المشتركة تحت رقم 11708 تاريخ 3/6/2009،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2156 تاريخ 2/10/2009 المبني على موافقة قائمقام بعلبك بكتابه رقم 1371 تاريخ 29/9/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ينشأ في مدينة بعلبك - قضاء بعلبك حي جديد يفرز عن حي الريش الشرقي يسمى "حي الريش الشمالي".

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
