ان وزير التربية والتعليم العالي،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009،

بناء على المادة 151 في قانون المحاسبة العمومية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يخول مدير الادارة المشتركة السيد خليل ارزوني عقد الصفقات التي تجري بموجب بيان او فاتورة.
