ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 قانون البلديات،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 4710/م تاريخ 8/7/2009،

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الغسانية - قضاء صيدا - محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى امين سر عام محافظة لبنان الجنوبي القيام باعمال مجلس بلدية الغسانية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
