ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10086 تاريخ 20/1/2009 القاضي بنشر لائحة المؤسسات المالية لعام 2009،

بناء على احكام قانون النقد والتسليف،

وبناء على القرار الاول من محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي "المركز المالي ش.م.ل." المنعقدة بتاريخ 10/7/2008،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 14/19/09 تاريخ 30/9/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة المؤسسات المالية اسم "المركز المالي ش.م.ل." المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 25.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
