ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10088 تاريخ 20/1/2009 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2009،

وبناء على محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركاء في "شركة الياس ابو شبكة وشركاه للصيرفة" المنعقدة بتاريخ 7/7/2009،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية تاريخ 11/8/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة الياس ابو شبكة وشركاه للصيرفة" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 81.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
