ان وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 18 تاريخ 11/7/2008 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

واستنادا الى احكام المرسوم رقم 8117 تاريخ 29/8/1967 (تنظيم الاقصاء عن الاشتراك في تنفيذ الصفقات العامة) ولا سيما المادة الثانية منه،

وحرصا على حسن وانتظام سير العمل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى قرار تصنيف مؤسسة تايغر المنشأ بموجب محضر الجلسة رقم 181 تاريخ 6/3/2009 للاسباب الواردة في متن القرار اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وفقا للاصول.
