- في التعديل - إن شركة General Electric International Operation Company, Inc, "GEIOC المسجلة بتاريخ 23/11/2005, تحت رقم 2366 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل), قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/12/2009, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 16002/2009، بأن مددت وكالة السيدة دولي عبود صقر كمديرة لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحها كامل السلطات والصلاحيات باسم وبالنيابة عن الشركة في لبنان، وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 9/10/2009، وتبقى نافذة بالكامل حتى يتم عزلها أو لغاية 7/11/2011، أيهما يأتي أولا. واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
