ان وزير العمل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون العمل الصادر بتاريخ 23/9/1946 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 75/1 تاريخ 22 ايار 2008 (تأسيس نقابة مستخدمي وعمال شركات الطيران في لبنان)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام بالانابة،

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: مددت مهلة الثلاثة اشهر المنصوص عليها في المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 75/1 تاريخ 22 ايار 2008 ثلاثة اشهر اضافية، لاجراء انتخاب مجلس تنفيذي لنقابة مستخدمي وعمال شركات الطيران في لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم.
