ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى امانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2018137 تاريخ 19/10/2009 باسم "كان يا ما كان".

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة جومانا سعد عبد الساتر، والمسجل تحت رقم 3040 تاريخ 29/10/2009 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة جومانا سعد عبد الساتر، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم "كان يا ما كان" تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
