ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 146 تاريخ 14/4/2007 (الترخيص بإصدار المطبوعة)،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من شركة "المتحدة للتسويق والاعلام ش.م.ل."، والمسجل تحت رقم 3517 تاريخ 14/12/2009 (طلب ابدال اسم المطبوعة)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة "PLATINUM SELECTION" الاسبوعية، غير السياسية ليصبح "The Walk"

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
