ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قاون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 لا سيما المادة 50 منه،

استنادا الى احالة المديرية العامة للأمن العام رقم 213/اع/ص المسجلة لدينا تحت رقم 344 تاريخ 6/2/2010.

ويناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تصادر نسخ كتاب بعنوان "TERRY WORLD" تأليف "Dian Hanson" ويمنع ادخاله وتوزيعه على الاراضي اللبنانية بسبب تضمنه رسوما وصورا مخلة بالآداب العامة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
