ان وزير الداخلية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية البيسارية - قضاء صيدا فقد فقد نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ جبل لبنان الجنوبي بالحلول رقم 1483/م تاريخ 24/3/2010 ،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية البيسارية - قضاء صيدا - محافظ لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى امين السر العام في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية البيسارية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
