ان وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الاجراءات الضريبية)،

بناء على القرارين رقم 1216/1 تاريخ 21/11/2009 ورقم 380/1 تاريخ 31/3/2010 المتعلقتين باعتماد نماذج طلبات وتصاريح لضريبة الدخل،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل البنود الواردة في نماذج تصاريح ضريبة الدخل الصادرة في القرارين 1216/2009 و380/2010 اعلاه وفقا لما يرد في اللائحة المرفقة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الالكتروني لوزارة المالية ويعمل به اعتبارا من اعمال 2010 .
