- في التعديل - ان شركة TIENS (North East Africa Investment Holdings Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 30/8/2005، تحت رقم 2354 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/4/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4889/2010، بأنها قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مدراء الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 13/1/2010، المصادقة على الوكالة المؤرخة في 13/1/2010 التي تعين الآنسة Wang Weiwei وكيلتها الفعلية والقانونية في لبنان مع اعطاء الوكالة المذكورة مفعولا فوريا. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
