ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 795 تاريخ 17/11/2004 المعدل بالقرار رقم 794 تاريخ 21/12/2005

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد جوزاف سليم الحبيس، والمسجل تحت رقم 1064 تاريخ 19/4/2010 ،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يبدل اسم مطبوعة "السلك القنصلي" الاسبوعية، غير السياسية، ليصبح "السلك القنصلي الفخري".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
