ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1531/ب تاريخ 16/6/2010،

وحيث ان كافة المرشحين قد رجعوا عن ترشيحهم لعضوية مجلس بلدية بزعون،

بناء على ضرورات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

المادة الأولى: يكلف قائمقام بشري القيام بأعمال بلدية بزعون - قضاء بشري حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: ينشر هذا القرار ويعمل به فور نشره.
