ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/6/1959،

بناء على قانون المختارين الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من عائلة آل جلوس في بلدة الكواخ، المسجل لدى قلم المديرية الادارية المشتركة تحت رقم 3392 بتاريخ 1/3/2010 والمتعلق بطلب إنشاء حي جديد في بلدة الكواخ - قضاء الهرمل، يسمى "حي الشرقي"،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 61/4 تاريخ 22/7/2010 ومرفقاته،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ينشأ في بلدة الكواخ - قضاء الهرمل حي جديد يسمى "حي الشرقي".

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
