-في التعديل- إن شركة LEAD International Limited UK المسجلة بتاريخ 4/5/2007، تحت رقم 2417 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 2/7/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9829/2010، بأنها قررت تعيين السيد Matthew Scott Jacobsen مديرا لفرعها في لبنان بالاضافة الى السيد Jason Cox مدير الفرع الحالي، وقد منح كل من المديرين المذكورين الصلاحيات السابقة الممنوحة للسيد Cox وفقا للوكالة الصادرة بتاريخ 28/2/2007، بالاضافة الى الصالحيات المذكورة في قرار التعيين الصادر في 21/5/2008 . وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
