ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10357 تارخي 14/1/2010 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2010 ،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشركاء في "شركة الخلود للصيرفة جهان احمد الحاج وشريكها" المنعقد بتاريخ 16/8/2010 ،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية تاريخ 17/8/2010 ،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة الخلود للصيرفة جهان احمد الحاج وشريكها" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 599 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
