ان وزير الصناعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 112/1 تاريخ 5/10/2010 (تعيين مفوض الحكومة لدى مؤسسة المقاييس والمواصفات اللبنانية)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الصناعة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصحح عنوان المرسوم رقم 4517 تاريخ 13/12/1972 الوارد في الحيثية الثانية من القرار رقم 112/1 تاريخ 5/10/2010 بحيث يصبح "(النظام العام للمؤسسات العامة)" بدلا من "(النظام العام للموظفين)".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
