ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1811/ب تاريخ 1/11/2010،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعين العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا السيد انطوان يوسف صقر-درعون-سجل 94-تولد 20/5/1962 مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي في بلدة درعون-قضاء كسروان لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
