المادة 1

- في التعديل - ان شركة Hewlett-Packard International Trade, B.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 19/3/2004، تحت رقم 2280 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/9/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14784/20 10، بأنها قررت إلغاء الصلاحيات الممنوحة من الشركة الى المدير العام السابق لفرعها في لبنان السيد Gerardus Johannes Hoonhout بموجب قرار الشركة تاريخ 22/2/2010 تبعا لاستقالته. كما قررت تعيين السيد محمد عبد الحفيظ عيتاني ليكون مدير الفرع المذكور، مع منحه جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة، وذلك بموجب القرار الصادر عن كامل مجلس المديرين الاداريين للشركة. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
