- في التعديل - ان شركة أنظمة الكمبيوتر المتكاملة العالمية - ITS المسجلة بتاريخ 12/2/1996، تحت رقم 1029 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 1/11/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 16631/2010بأنها قد قررت عزل كل من السادة: جوزاف أبي نجم، عبد المجيد زنتوت، محمد محي الدين عون، من مهامهم في إدارة فرعها في لبنان، والمعينين بموجب القرار الصادر بتاريخ 5/8/2009، وحصر حق الادارة وتمثيل الفرع في لبنان فقط بالسيد هيثم الدقور المعين بموجب القرار ذاته. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
