- في التعديل - ان شركة Nokia Siemens Tietoliikenne Oy المسجلة بتاريخ 1/12/2005، تحت رقم 2367 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/12/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 18771/2010بأنها تقيم وتعين السيد برنار نجم والسيدة ألين شمالي رستم ممثلين قانونيين لها لادارة فرعها في لبنان، وليقوما بالاتحاد بتمثيل هذا الفرع، مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل الصادر في 1/11/2010، والذي ينتهي مفعوله في نهاية 31/12/2011، الا اذا تم الغاؤه قبل ذلك من قبل الشركة. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
