ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية رقم 3874 تاريخ 3/11/2010،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وتأمينا لاستمرار المرفق العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف مختار بلدة الكفير السيد: توفيق الحلبي القيام بأعمال مختارية بلدة الخلوات لحين اجراء انتخابات اختيارية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
