إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عين السيد يوسف نعمة الله عطا الله، كونه أول الخاسرين في حي الصيفي في مدينة بيروت مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد ميشال الياس موراني.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
