- في التعديل - إن شركة ENES (European NGOs Empowerment Services)AS المسجلة بتاريخ 25/1/2010، تحت رقم 2533 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرّحت بتاريخ 30/11/2010، بموجب كتاب مسجّل لدينا بالرقم 18126/2010، انتداب السيد Jonas Johansen لادارة فرعها في لبنان، واعطاءه كافة الصلاحيات المطلقة، وتوكيله توكيلا عاما غير مشروط وغير محدود الاجل، من اجل تمثيل الشركة في لبنان بدلا من السيد محمد حمدان، وذلك بموجب قرار لمجلس الادارة صادر في 15/4/2010. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
